Secrets and lies in a relationship are like hiding things in the shadows.

Shame thrives in secrecy and often out of that secrecy, addictions are born.

It's important to be open and honest, just as you'd want from your partner.

Imagine it as a foundation of trust. Keeping secrets or telling lies can erode that foundation.

Open communication builds trust and understanding, ensuring a healthier and stronger connection where both partners feel safe, secure and valued.

Happy Mind Happy Life - Dr Chattejee 2022

The hidden porn epidemic.

Pornography is a subject that makes people feel deeply uncomfortable. But our discomfort in discussing it hides the fact that it has become a major problem.

The internet has given us access to all the titillating we could possibly imagine, and more. Every sexual curiosity or desire can be satisfied in seconds.

First it can make us unhapy with our relationships. The simple reason is that pornography is making our perception of what is normal when it comes to see and gives us unrealistic expectations of our partners.

And it results in many people feeling inadequate and notable, as they find it impossible to physically compete with what they see online.

Without wanting to, we become less contentwith our partners and less content with ourselves.

Porn use also pushes u out of alignment - very few people feel good about themselves afterwards.
